1.      Complete Live-Scan Fingerprinting and Background Check

a.     Clearance from the Diocese must be received before working/volunteering.
b.     Contact Tammy Ulibarri (Sacred Heart Business Manager) at (209) 892-9321 for the application and Live-Scan Fingerprinting locations.

 2.     Complete the online training: Virtus Protecting God’s Children.  Download VIRTUS Registration Instructions here.

 3.     Review and sign the Diocese of Stockton Pastoral Code of Conduct

 4.     Review and sign the Diocese of Stockton Standards of Conduct When Working With Children.

Our Employees, Teachers, Catechists and Volunteers complete the Safe Environment protocol, are cleared within the Department of Justice, and are trained as the Diocese of Stockton mandates BEFORE working directly with your children and young people.
